46 Elderly People in Rawa Barat Have Received Vaccine

"It is held by collaborating with health workers under the Doktora Clinic

As many as 46 out of 100 elderly people in Rawa Barat Urban Village, South Jakarta have passed through the COVID-19 vaccination.

Rawa Barat Urban Village Head Dedi Rohedi said that it was held on the courtyard of the Rawa Barat Urban Village office. From 100 people invited, only 54 were present, where 46 of them were injected and the rest were failed, because of health factors.

"It is held by collaborating with health workers under the Doktora Clinic. We do this vaccination for the elderly as an effort of jemput bola services (officers to take the initiative to visit residents)," he stated, Wednesday (3/31).

Doktora Clinic CEO and Founder Fransisca Tobing uttered that the first stage of the vaccination was conducted under strict health protocols.

"We prepare eight medics at the location," he said.

Sumiati (63), one of participants from RT 04/02, Rawa Barat admitted this vaccination service was very helpful for her.

"I support the government program for vaccinating the elderly. My neighbors and I immediately came to get injected with the vaccine," she admitted.
